Appearance

Red millet is a low-water-activity cereal grain; microbiological risk is low under correct storage conditions. Fumonisin and aflatoxin monitoring are recommended at intake given tropical origin; product is tested lot prior to shipment.

Red millet is produced exclusively from naturally grown Pennisetum glaucum — no GMOs as processing aids or additives.
