Salmonella control is critical given ready-to-eat applications. Aflatoxin-producing moulds (Aspergillus flavus / A. parasiticus) are the primary microbiological risk for peanuts; mycotoxin testing takes precedence and is performed per lot prior to shipment.

Conformity

Food-contact materials comply with EU Reg. 1935/2004 and 10/2011

Products do not fall within the scope of EU Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003. No genetic modification techniques are used. Peanuts are produced exclusively from naturally grown Arachis hypogaea — no GMOs as processing aids or additives. All peanuts are fully traceable, unadulterated, and not substituted with any other raw material. Lot identity, cooperative of origin, harvest region and crop year are recorded on every bag and on the accompanying phytosanitary and health certificate documentation.
