Appearance

Very small, round to avoid whole grains; uniform size; free from foreign matter, insect damage, broken grains or mould.

Consumer & Use

Supplied to food manufacturers, flour millers, health food brands, nutraceutical producers and ingredient distributors. Uses include whole grain products, millet flour, porridges, flatbreads, baby foods, gluten-free formulations and traditional fermented preparations.

Primary Packaging

25 kg or 50 kg woven polypropylene bags with food-grade polyethylene inner liner; big-bag (500–1,000 kg) available on request.

Storage

Cool, dry, well-ventilated; 15–20°C, RH < 60%; away from direct sunlight, heat sources and strong odours; elevated off floor on pallets; regular inspection for insect activity.

Little millet is a natural agricultural commodity; no genetic-modification techniques are used, and no GMO raw materials, ingredients or processing aids are involved.

Each lot is fully traceable from the farm / cooperative of origin through harvesting, drying, cleaning, export and delivery. The product is unadulterated and not substituted with any other raw material. Lot identity, cooperative of origin, harvest region and crop year are recorded on every bag and on the accompanying phytosanitary and health certificate documentation.
