Each lot is fully traceable from the cooperative of origin through harvesting, processing, export and delivery. Process (washed or natural) is clearly identified on all accompanying documentation. Lot identity, cooperative of origin, harvest region and crop year are recorded on every bag and on the accompanying phytosanitary and ICO certificate documentation.
