We are solely a processor of cocoa beans. We do not process any known allergens — regular monitoring is carried out and potential hazards have been taken into account in the formal HACCP process. We comply with EU allergen legislation (89/2003 and subsequent amendments). None of the following are present by direct addition or cross-contact:

Cocoa powder comes in a moisture-proof, clean, dry, and tightly sealed package stored in an area to prevent deterioration and contamination. Packaging materials comply with EU Regulations 1935/2004 and applicable food laws. Khaki paper bags made from vegetable fibres, net weight 25 kg.

Export in containers; local semi-wholesale or retail sales.

Used in beverages, baking, and cooking. Suitable for all consumers regardless of beliefs and diet.

Products do not fall within the scope of EU Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003. No genetic modification techniques are used in the manufacturing process. Raw materials, ingredients, and processing aids are not made using genetic modification. Cocoa powder is produced exclusively from cocoa beans — no lecithin and no GMOs as processing aids or additives. All cocoa beans are fully traceable, unadulterated, and not substituted with any other raw material.
